Collection Appointment
Walk into our Cartersville office, or schedule mobile on-site collection. Our trained technician handles the paperwork and chain-of-custody.
Sample Processing
Specimens are screened on-site or sent to our SAMHSA-certified partner labs for confirmation testing as needed.
Receive Your Results
We deliver verified results securely — typically the same day for negative rapid screens, 24–72 hours for lab confirmation.

Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, but appointments guarantee the shortest wait. Call ahead for court-ordered or DOT testing.
What should I bring?
A valid government-issued photo ID. For court-ordered tests, also bring any paperwork from your attorney or probation officer.
How long do results take?
Rapid screens: typically same day. Lab-confirmed results: 24–72 hours after collection. We notify you as soon as results are ready.
Do you offer mobile testing?
Yes — we travel to worksites, accident scenes, and offices throughout North Georgia for on-site collections.
Are your tests DOT-compliant?
Absolutely. We follow 49 CFR Part 40 procedures for all DOT-regulated testing (FMCSA, FAA, USCG, FRA, FTA, PHMSA).
How do I pay?
We accept major credit cards, debit, and corporate billing for established business accounts.
